Comfortable place with lovely views. Marvellous location a walking distance from a distinguished monument. Just 5 min walking to city centre. Nice selection of bars and restaurants.

The owners were very polite and nice. The location was good. The rooms were clean. The hotel is on the first floor of a building so there is not problem for carrying luggages.

The location was good, close to the Piazza del Duomo and other monouments, also very close to the train station. They were also very helpful, and gave us whatever we needed like iron and water boiler.
The windows in our room opened in the street Via Della Scala which was very crowded. Other problem was with the reception desk which was close to the other rooms and you could not sleep if there was somebody speaking there. The guy at the reception was usually talking at the phone loudly and we had problem for rest. They were not good in English, so they sometimes misunderstood.

Location is good, very close to the train station. Room is good but with no air condition or electric fan is really a little bit hot during summer.

Stayed here for 4 nights on our trip to Italy. It was our favourite hotel out of five others which were all three stars. This is a one star hotel but actually I think it deserves more just for the owners who are so pleasent every day! The room was big with a small balcony overlooking the back of the property. You have your own key and the hotel is on the second floor I think it is. The reception is small and personal but the staff are lovely, very helpful and always around to greet you. The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed. The tv is small but theres so much to do in florence we didnt have time to look at it! The hotel is just off a lovely square in florence and very near to the main square. It is also a five minute walk from thr train station.
I cant think of anything negative but the bathroom in our room was a bit small.. Thats it!

Our room here had everything we needed - a big TV with all the channels 📺, coffee and tea supplies for a pick-me-up ☕, and a desk to get some work done. the private bathroom was spotless and had a nice extra touch with a bidet 🚽. It was cleaned every day too!

Big room. Great location near train station. Clean. Mini fridge.
No elevator in the building we stayed in but there is one in their main building. If you have difficulty getting up stairs you may want to inquire which building you will be put in. There was a microwave but no bowls or utensils.
